Week 31 - Advice
There
are many things that must be known in order to be a junior. One of these things
is to do your Study Island, that way you could get three exemptions from your
final exams, and it will also prepare you for your PSAE and your ACT. Another
thing that should be known is to do your study guide for any test or quest,
because it really does prepare you for the test, and it adds on extra credit.
One more is add humor to any skits that you do because the audience likes humor
and so does Miss Hudson. Lastly, cherish the moments that you have in your
classes because after your junior year, it is your senior, then the real world.
Week 32 - 2013 Hudson Honors
Most Interesting Part of This Class: The most interesting
thing about the class is to see the reactions to the different stories that
Miss Hudson chooses, because most of them are related to death.
Most Boring/Useless Part of This Class: Alec, Reading and Relaxation, and the Book Roundups
Hardest I Laughed in This Class: I don’t really know, because I don’t laugh that much and there were a lot of humorous moments during the time in class
Favorite Memory from This Class: Probably one of our four pizza parties for not getting any letters.
Best Thing About Hudson as a Teacher: I think that the best thing about Hudson as a teacher is that she rewards your class if the class does not get any letters for a whole nine weeks.
Things Hudson Could do to Make This Class Better For Future Classes: I think that she should allow more time for the research paper at the end of the year, because it went pretty fast, it seemed like that there was not enough time to complete it. Another thing that she could do is do more ACT preparation, so that the students are more prepared for the ACT.

Week 30 - Amnesia
The people that I would choose are my mom, my dad, one of
my brothers or sisters, Chelsea, and maybe Alec, I'm not sure yet who it would really be. I chose my mom that way she could
reintroduce me to her side of the family. I chose my dad that way he could
teach me about his part of the family. One of my brothers or sisters so they
could get me informed about what has been happening at home. I chose Chelsea,
so she could help me in learning everyone’s name at school and get me informed
about what had been happening recently. I chose Alec because he has most of his classes with me and could help me out with all my different subjects.

Week 29 - Submarine Adventure
The flood has taken most of the country underwater. People
are in turmoil, everyone is rushing to stores to pick up the latest boating
gear. I do not have to worry though because I know where the English 3000 is.
All of my other classmates are already aboard the submarine, except one person,
Chelsea was
missing. A few minutes later I see Chelsea
floating out in the water and who else was with but her octopus friend
Juan-Pablo. We were all wondering why she would be out in the cold, soaking
water instead of a nice warm, dry submarine. As we went driving through the
submarine we found many interesting things throughout the water. After the day
was over everyone was happy, except for Chelsea
because she already missed Juan-Pablo.
Week 28 - Help from Friends
Dear Personal Helper Person,
I am righting this letter to remind you that you have helped me out in the past. There were times when I might have strayed off my path a little bit, but you helped get right back on the right track. There were also times when I began to give up on different things throughout my many years and you were there to support me no matter what I needed help on. All I have to say to you is thank you for all the you have done for me in order to get me where I am today.
Week 27 - Pirate Flag
I am going to choose the song Pirate Flag (and an Island
Girl) by Kenny Chesney. The story begins in a far off time on some random
island out in the Pacific Ocean. There was
this beautiful young woman named Mia who was doing her normal days activities,
when a ship came sailing up to the beach. Soon after a couple of pirates got
off and walked up to Mia. Mia greeted them very kindly and asked what business
they had at the beach in a very kind manner. They said that they needed someone
with a creative mind to create something for them … a pirate flag. Mia went to
her box of scrap material, but only found two colors, black and white. She
started working right away, and had the flag they wanted done in no time. They
thanked her and sailed away to the Pirate Convention down in the Atlantic Ocean
where there was a competition to create the best flag that represents pirates
the best…they won thanks to the pirate flag, and especially the island girl.
